Thank you for shopping with Kumar Creative. We hope you love your purchase — but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned with original packaging, tags and labels

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products that were made specifically for you
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


2. How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at: support@kumarcreative.co.uk
  2. Include your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return
  3. Our team will reply with a returns authorisation and instructions

Please do not ship items back without authorisation — we cannot accept unapproved returns.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where items are faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


4. Exchanges

Want a different size or design?

  • If the same item is available, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement once the original is received.
  • Contact us with your request and we’ll guide you through the process.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and your order number
  • We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty
